部件寿命服从威布尔分布时典型系统的寿命与剩余寿命估计

在实际工程中,对系统寿命以及剩余寿命的估计非常重要。在已知系统中部件寿命与可靠度的前提下,关于如何快速得到系统级寿命与剩余寿命的相关研究比较缺乏。针对这一问题,首先研究了可靠度、寿命以及剩余寿命的关系,进一步假设部件寿命服从同一威布尔分布,根据部件的寿命与可靠度函数,推导得到串联、并联和表决系统寿命与剩余寿命期望的封闭表达式,并给出了相应的计算方法。对于冷备系统,当部件寿命服从同一指数分布时,推得了系统寿命及剩余寿命期望的封闭表达式,而当部件寿命服从同一威布尔分布时,给出了系统寿命与剩余寿命的数值计算方法。仿真试验证明本文所提出的方法是准确高效的。最后,以卫星中的动量轮r/n(G)表决系统为例开展了实例研究,证明了该方法在工程实践中的有效性。     

用柱后衍生荧光测定法检测食品中土霉素和四环素残留

应用高效液相色谱(HPLC)对动物性食品中土霉素(OTC)和四环素(TC)进行测定,样品经含乙二胺四乙酸二钠的丁二酸钠缓冲液除蛋白后,由SPE-C18小柱提纯净化,经ODS-C18柱分离后,用8%氧氯化锆溶液柱后衍生,与锆离子的螯合物在激发波长(Ex)406nm和发射波长(Em)515 m处检测.实验优化了锆试剂的浓度和柱后衍生的条件,提高了检出的灵敏度,土霉素和四环素的回收率分别为89.59%和92.59%,变异系数(CV)分别为4.98%和6.74%.土霉素和四环素的最低检出浓度(信噪比51)分别为3μg/L和5 μg/L,线性范围为0.01～10g/L,土霉素和四环素的相关系数分别为0.999 9和1.000 0.     

诺氟沙星——铽（Ⅲ）与核酸的相互作用研究及其应用

研究了诺氟沙星—铽(Tb^3 )络合物与核酸(DNA)的相互作用，据此建立了核酸的测定方法，讨论了诺氟沙星—铽与DNA分子之间的结合方式。     

嗜热蓝藻鞭枝藻藻胆体的分离及其光谱特性的研究

从嗜热蓝藻鞭枝藻（Ｍａｓｔｉｇｏｃｌａｄｕｓｌａｍｉｎｏｓｕｓ）中分离出藻胆体，并对其光谱特性进行了研究．完整藻胆体的室温荧光峰位于６７３ｕｍ，７７Ｋ荧光发射光谱中只有一个峰，位于６８５ｕｍ，解离的藻胆体的７７Ｋ荧光峰位于６８３ｎｍ，并在６６６ｎｍ和６５０ｎｍ处形成小的荧光发射峰．严重解离的藻胆体室温荧光峰位于６４５ｕｍ，７７Ｋ荧光峰位于６４４ｕｍ，６８３ｕｍ荧光显著下降，成为小峰．完整藻胆体与解离的及严重解离的藻胆体的吸收光谱没有显著差别，吸收峰位于６２２ｕｍ，在５８０ｕｍ处有一吸收肩．

A new model for the life prediction of GH4133 under TMF conditions

Thermal mechanical cyclic strain tests were carried out under in-phase and out-of-phase conditions on a Nickel-base Superalloy GH4133 in the temperature range of 571-823℃. Based on analyzing the present models of TMF (thermal mechanical fatigue) life prediction, a new model for predicting nickel-base superalloy TMF lifetime was proposed.TMF life of superalloy GH4133 was calculated accurately based on the new model. Experimental TMF life has been compared with the calculatedresults and all results fall in the scatter band of 1.5. The calculating results show that the new model is not only simple, but also precise. This model will play great roles in life prediction of the metal materials and the engineering components subjected to non-isothermal service conditions.     

氢化物发生-原子荧光法测定菊花和大云中的铅

应用AFS—2202a型双道原子荧光分光光度计和断续流动的氢化物发生技术，采用HNO3-H2O2酸性体系和高压釜消解样品，对样品中的铅含量进行了测定。同时，研究了光电管负高压、灯电流、屏蔽气和载气流量、载流的选择、酸度等对实验的影响。在选定实验条件下，铅的检出限为0．08μg／L，标准物质桃叶(GBW08501)的验证结果与推荐值一致，相对标准偏差为1．9％。该方法简便、快速、灵敏，对于实际中药样品的测定得到了满意的结果。

Storage of irradiated human blood; a source of error in quantitative chromosome analysis

Summary Human whole blood was irradiated with 2.5 Gy of 220 kVp X-rays and stored before culture with 9.7 M BrdU and 19.4 or 38.7 M BrdU for 0, 24, 48 and 72 h. The frequency of dicentrics and ring chromosomes was determined in cells staining as first division (M1) metaphases with the fluorescence plus Giemsa technique. Storage had no influence on the observed aberration yields in 44 h cultures containing 9.7 M BrdU. In 66 h cultures at 19.4 M BrdU the observed yields after 2 and 3 days' storage were significantly lower as compared to cultures from fresh blood. No storage effect was revealed in 66 h cultures containing 38.7 M BrdU. In cases where cytogenetic radiation dosimetry has to be carried out using blood samples which have been in transit for 2–3 days, the findings are of relevance for a correct determination of the chromosome damage in M1 cells.
